What is Reflexlux?

Reflexlux is the logical consequence of the link between visual and native training to optimize the visual system and neurocoordinative skills.

The Reflexlux Movement System creates spatial neurocoordinative movement sequences. In this process predetermined light pulses are switched off by hand or foot touches. This process strengthens the cooperation between brain and body by reactivating and maintaining functional connections between brain and musculature via the central and autonomic nervous system.

We call it "Native Reflexlux Training". "Native" comes from the Latin "nativus" and means "originated by birth, innate, natural". Innate and natural potential, which has been limited by self-imposed optimizations throughout life, can be re-developed, expanded, strengthened, supported and reinforced by state-of-the-art technology.

Training is done through preset and adaptive software programs that playfully support the user to achieve success. They promote both mental and physical flexibility and speed. This effectively protects against injuries and increases performance in everyday life. The programs intelligently help users relearn neglected or inhibited movement skills. They also provide training routines to maintain and improve basic motor skills.

Reflexlux has a positive influence on the visual system. Peripheral vision or spatial perception and the expansion of the field of vision are of great relevance. All this happens with your own already existing performance potential without additional aids.

Reflexlux is basically suitable for any level of performance. Trainers or therapists will find the appropriate training programs for athletes as well as for older persons and children and adolescents.

Reflexlux thus enables

  • Native functional training

  • Effective and time-saving

  • Prevention and rehabilitation

  • Performance enhancement as a basis for many sports

  • Stimulation of the visual system

  • Improvements of neurocoordinative abilities

  • Support for restorative therapies

Is Reflexlux suitable for any level of performance?

Reflexlux is basically suitable for every level of performance. Trainers or therapists will find the appropriate training programs for athletes as well as for older persons and children and adolescents.

Why is Reflexlux special?

Reflexlux, unlike many other training methods, takes a completely new and revolutionary approach. It meaningfully combines cognitive challenge with learning a full range of motion. The training is multidimensional and functional.

Why is visual system training important?

In many training and therapy approaches specific training of the visual system has been little used. Eye training integrated into training is important to improve visual spatial perception. The brain receives most of the information from our environment through the eyes. This is how almost all movements are coordinated. Staring at a computer monitor or smartphone screen for a long time restricts the field of vision, thus the eye does not provide sufficient information to the nervous system, our movements become unsteady.

Reflexlux combines training of the visual system with preset programs on neurocoordinative movements. Our eye-hand and eye-foot coordination exercises not only alleviate motion dizziness and reduce the risk of falling, they also significantly increase reflexes and other coordinative abilities.

Is the development of Reflexlux based on scientific evidence?

Reflexlux is based on findings from neuroscience research and rehabilitation research. Essential to the development is the role of the visual system and cognition for coordination and movement.
